Well tried to use for physical therapy after major back surgery, yet the best therapist never called or showed up. Even after multiple calls to attempt to get service.

No communication between each other at all. Two nurses, physical therapist and 1 home health aid came 1 time only(and believe me she only sat at the table in a long dress) and then that was it....
