I purchased a Groupon to try their massages and was completely disappointed by their service. I was taken to a room with rice panel walls and no privacy whatsoever, I can hear the other people get massaged. The room was cold and received a very thin sheet to cover myself. The masseuse put gloves on (really?) and left me so greasy that by the end of our session, as I got off the "rocking"...

They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. During my adjustments they did not pay much attention to my problem...

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside...
