It's hard to write a non biased review about a place you live at and spend so much time and money, especially when it seems people only write reviews when they are angry/disappointed. But I'm going to try and make this as informational as possible.

I have been a renter for a little more than a decade now so I have seen my share of apartments, each with their own little "quirks" if you will....

I personally would not recommend anyone to move in to these apartments the whole management staff is very shady, they are nice at first when they are showing you the property but once your in, they really dont care about their resident,since ive moved in all we've had is problems with the management staff, they dont keep up with the property, you cant take their word on what they say. These are pretty nice apartmetns, especially for aurora. You dont pay extra for washer/dryer and you get a parkign garage. its close to a lot of stuff and the highway is right there. they even have people pick up trash outside your door. the mall is only a few minutes away, to.

DO NOT TRUST YOUR BELONGINGS AT THIS APARTMENT! the vaulted ceilings and garden tub seem like a dream come true but there are many extreme faults to this location First off, maintenance is untrustworthy with their priveledges of holding residents keys. be very aware of missing money, food and other belongings. The actual building materials inside of the apartments are pretty low grade materials
