Love this place. Have ordered my bedroom and office furniture from RH. Very well made. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because of length of time it takes for delivery and delivery delays on top of that. Otherwise, would buy from again.

Restoration Hardware, while I love your products and style, I have to wonder.....on the front cover of the 14 lb. load delivered to my front door there is a statement that refers to this mailing as being "significantly reduced impact on the environment"...just doesn't really make a lot of sense to me. How does mailing out this pile of paper not impact the environment in a huge way? Especially...

Great fixturees, worst customer service

I had actually found exactly what I was looking for. After 20 minutes of seeking assistance, no sales staff bothered to help. I was prepared to spend $500 dollars today. I settled for 'just as nice' quality item at Home Depot. At least they asked to assist me. I am very happy and I will never DARKEN the doorsteps of Restoration Hardware again. I'll make sure that my friends don't either.
