Flora Waples is an amazing professional!! Her ability to assess a client's needs and then treat her, accordingly, is beyond perfect!! Although I live in Los Angeles and, therefore, there are a multitude of similar doctors available, I have chosen - three times - to have Dr. Waples treat me!! She is an excellent doctor!
