I have an S9 CPAP machine and it works quite well, but the elastic straps for the headgear have been loose the last few times I got a new set. I tried talking with the company about it directly here on Facebook and got the most random advice in return. Something about washing the straps so that they stay tight. Um.....they are BRAND NEW. I received mine from the VA in Seattle. I have used it now every night for the last year. I do everything the Instruction book tells me...But I always get a seal leak for the very smallest movement of my facial muscles.. The noise caused by the seal leaks wake up my ice and myself. I have called the VA several times asking them for help....but they always tell me I have been fitted perfectly...

I been sleeping with my machine for 6 nites now love it I've been able to sleep and not get up 6 times a nite to pee, and I feel rested I feel alot better plz if you have sleep apnea give you're machine a chance it could save your life!!!

My husband uses these cpap supplies. When he needs a new head piece he can't get the pillow pads because the headpiece comes with 3 sets- sm, med, lg... Problem is 2 of the 3 sets get thrown away because they are the wrong size! And one set lasts 2 weeks but we can't get more for 4 weeks. What a cumbersome, wasteful process. So far I really like my new machine. I'd give it 5 stars but having issues with the data collection. On my myair dashboard it says the most I've used my cpap at one time is only 2 plus hours. I've successfully used my previous cpap for 8 years once I found a mask I can tolerate. I sleep on average 6 hours straight.
