I've lived at Centergate Morgan Falls 3 years now, and my lease is up in August. I will not be renewing. Their recently was a change in management and the new office staff is very rude and unpleasant. Whenever you go to the office they act as if you are bothering them. They do not speak nor wave when you pass them, even if you wave first. The gate is always broken and I can not wait to be free...
Once a nice community, now we have meetings on robbery and break ins, I guess thats what happens when rent drops so much. Dont live here if you like feeling safe. Groups of trouble maker kids everywhere, and dog pooh everwhere!!!!!!
The office staff is very rude and never has any solutions to your problems. I have lived here for a couple of years and am very excited about my upcoming move. The actual floorplans and apartments are fine, but a little pricey for what you actually get. I would rather pay an extra $$ and live in a more luxurious apartment with friendlier and more helpful office staff. Oh yeah, the parking sucks...
These are pretty on the outside, AWFUL on the inside, TAKE MY ADVICE AND RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. When I went to sign the lease, I was told that I would have to pay 15.00 more a month than was promised to me. I raised a fit about the change and was offered a free gate card as compensation... yippie. I should have taken that as a hint and walked away, now I'm locked into this ghetto hell...
Most of the people that live there are poor and the place is low class and gross. The facilities are always broken and crime is a problem. The location stinks- even the entrance is dangerous on roswell road. There are always ghetto kids in the street in the way loitering and doing god knows what else.
