Five star staff makes this hotel a fantastic stay! Plus clean and quiet rooms, great location and comfortable beds.
The friendly and professional hotel staff does a great job taking care of any needs. I stayed here over a month in December and returned again in January.

I actually created a TripAdvisor account just to review this amazing hotel. It's a little late in coming (We stayed at the end of March 2015) but I really felt compelled to still post it because of what a great experience I had here.

I miss the breakfast already

Got a chance to start the new year off with a mini getaway and we chose the Residence Inn Del Mar because it would be centrally located to the Safari Park and San Diego. It was an easy 15 minutes to SD, 25 to the Safari park, so the location was not bad.

Very nice, new hotel

We stayed in the two bedroom suite for several nights after Christmas last month. We really enjoyed this new hotel. Check in was a little iffy - credit card machine didn't work, front desk staff seemed a little confused. Only other down side was the shower doors were glass (see through) - not very practical for a family traveling together...
