This Residence Inn (R.I.) is located about 10-12 minutes drive outside of downtown Charlotte. It was a great location for us. We were in town for a major sports event, but didn't want to stay in an expensive downtown hotel. The R.I. cost the same or less than smaller hotels located downtown and had far more to offer.

Staying here for my first week working in Charlotte, NC. The hotel is quite clean and friendly, inside heated pool, happy hour with free drinks and food, spacious suites with kitchen, living room and good size room. Good size weight room and close to work.

We stayed at this location for 2 nights over Easter weekend. We selected Charlotte because it is roughly midway for family members to converge.
