They are renting xefective products I got brand new washer after few weeks it was broken so I havr to teturn it then I got lap top computer after few months it was broken abd they blamed on me that I broke it just by turning it off and turning it back on. This is the second time I have bought items for my daughter from Rent-a-Center on El Cajon Blvd. in San Diego. I originally bought a 48 inch big screen for her. They told me it was used but for only a month. On the day they were to drop it off, I found out it was actually used for six 1/2 months. They said they were sorry for the mix up but there was nothing they could do. I made sure to pay it off within the 45 days same as cash. The second time I bought her a lap top. Somehow, I forgot the 45 days thing and after I would make a big payment I noticed my balance had not gone down...
