Poor Customer Service.

They call you twice a week prior to payment day to remind you of your payment day. Called me at work and home. I have paid off several items with rentacenter and finally got tired of the calling and ask for it to stop and was greeted rudely by the manager with a prompt hang up.When I called back he refused telling someone to tell me he was busy.. I recommend using Aarons in Kannapolis. They treat you like a person, a working person.
