Best to give it back if you can't pay.

Give the unit back if you can't make the payments. Otherwise you will owe more and more each week, and eventually may be in legal trouble. State laws vary on whether you could be arrested or not. Even though you may eventually be vindicated because they are abusing the process left and right, it isn't worth it just to stay cool for a couple more months.

I hate people that can't pay thier bills and how they love to blame R.A.C. employees for doing thier job. If you don't understand I'll explain an acct. managers job. His job is to train customers to come in on time if they don't he isn't doing his/her job so they get written up for it. and after a while they will be terminated if their people don't pay.
