Bad Bad BAD

This location and this manager, Eddie, are both arrogant and give really bad customer service. He promises to get you your stuff but never does. Hes a total liar. Don't expect having your things delivered, you'll most likely have to go and get them yourself and thats if he has them. I really dont recomend it but good luck!

Bad Service Period...

I recently rented a laptop from them about a month ago and just to be honest there just a bunch of idiots they don't explain everything well there shady in other words they make changes on your due dates without telling you maybe is just the the Escondido one, but Rent a Centers all over the world have a bad rep and I see why now all I have to say is try a another company than them because if you dont all your in for is a head ache and also just to mention they everytime you try to question something they talk you as if you were stupid when in reality there the idiots because your smart to know what is really going on.
