Through HomeAdvisor, on August 19th 2016 I contacted Renner Bros. Inc. to repair our leaking roof. Mr. Dale Climer from Renner Bros. Inc. came out. I explained to him that I have an Owens Corning tile "Mira Vista Slate" roof system and I also have the factory recommended repair procedure. He inspected the roof on the second story of the house and he found two tiles with hairline fractures....

I think the estimator spotted something that needed to be done up at the top near the roof, but forgot to put it on the proposal. I didn't see that it was left out either. Didn't get done when they came to do the job. Wasn't a glaring omission, but kept me from giving straight 5s.
