I've experienced only greatness here at this salon. Gabby my stylist is experienced and cognicent of how to do hair. I wanted red hair and I came in with black hair. I left with gorgeous red hair. Gabby takes time out and educates and sets realistic goals with you regarding color and style. Awesome!!

I've going to Renaissance Salon & Day Spa for the past four years. I recommend this Salon highly. My stylist, Ronnie is the BEST. He knows exactly what do each and every time I go. And I look forward to going each time.

not so high end, unprofessional YP.com

I had my hair cut here many times. I have never had a bad experience and I had many diff stylists and they all charge 45 just for a trim. I had it lifted by gaby and the next day my hair turned bright Orange on top and green beneath. I was supposed to have light brown hair and it was blonde. She did not give me a refund and if I wanted her to fix I would have to pay again on top of the 165 + 5...

impossible to get staff to return messages

Tried to call to schedule appointments to 2 hair stylists, left messages but never received a callback. I am a new client. Maybe, established clients get better customer service but how do you get clients anyway if you never call them back?!
