I've been taking my dog to Remington for 3 years. They are always available and take great care with my black lab. They also remember things about my life and take the time to connect as a neighborhood shop should do. The price is fair and the service is great. My dog also seems happy which is important.

I have hesitated posting this for some time now but realize that while I search for a new groomer, folks need to know what's up at Remingtons. When I dropped off my terrier, I was greeted by Rick who wrote down all of my instructions. I later got a call from the alleged groomer herself, saying my dog had a lot of mats. I understood the dilemma but specifically asked that the hair on the top of his body not be shaved and that they keep the bangs etc on his face. Well, when i arrived you could imagine my shock.
