Relish, by Fickle Pickle owner Andy Badgett, seeks mainstream footing. Some dishes succeed whereas others need to be reconfigured. Among the latter are the cheese straws, dry and tasteless and quite disappointing given how good these Southern nibbles can be. The spiced pecans, on the other hand, are very worthy, and we'll be back for more of the fried oysters with the green tomato tartar sauce....
