I wish I could give this company no stars for a month now my family has been dealing with this company and their awful service, from a too small bed with no railings that was delivered so late my bedridden grandma had to sit in a wheelchair for 9 hours because they were 3 hours later than they said they would be, then we got another bed and it is broken and used! My grandparents did not work...

DO not use this company!!!!! When my mother needed a medical bed as she was being discharged home as an elderly hospice patient....her bed had already been broken down and she had no bed to come home to. They were horribly unresponsive and did not show up for delivery. When called back it was …

They are rude, have no consideration for your time. Do NOT depend on them for your loved ones needs!!!! Its not that difficult to pick up the phone. DO NOT believe a 2 hour window!!!! Do not use them use someone else.
