There should be 24 hour 7 day a week customer service!! My bank account has been hacked or my debit card duplicated and I can't get ahold of anyone until Monday? Emergencies don't just happen Monday-Friday! And yes I've gone through the automated system to report my card lost or stolen!!! It's 2015 plenty of people need jobs you could offer 24/7 customer service to your account holders!!!
