I have loved staying at Regents Park over the last 3 years. Grounds are gorgeous, outside fountains make you feel so relaxed, peaceful and quite, and the staff is courteous and helps getting issues taken care of rapidly and conscientiously. Terrible Front Desk Service

I tried to move in this property but the people who work in the front desk are not even close to the words friendly or kind.
They have that weird attitude of "Let's not be friendly and let's be super cold". I put my $500 holding deposit because they said it is fully returnable within 24 hours. However, I'm still waiting to get that back and every time I call them, they are just trying to be...

I moved-in in July and have no complaints. All emergency service requests were done promptly. Unfortunately they are backed up with non emergency requests. I'm not bothered by that though, I understand the need to prioritize certain things such as water leaks or clogged toilets. They are a market rate community so I expect rent to go up yearly but that's the way the industry is. I can't expect...
