I always have a great experience at this location in Mesa. The night instructors are great. Tashauna and the students she assist always do a great job on my hair.

This used to be the place to come. Their "new and improved" booking and check in system sucks. My daughter scheduled via the app for 3pm. it was not in their system. I was told they could take me at 3:00. It is now well 3:20.

It has taken the human factor out. Today, I watched 2 walk ins walk in, wait 10 minutes and walk out.

The conversations from the floor sounded more like a high school...
