Been here two times. They did EXACTLY what I asked for. Hoa hooked me up with a pedicure and I was completely satisfied. Obviously this place is doing good business, people continue to come here...

The manicure you receive at a Regal Nails will be worth the $10 you spend on it. The women who work here are Vietnamese, and much to their misfortune, I speak a little thanks to an ex-boyfriend. While you are receiving your manicure expect that they will loudly speak to one another (not to you), answer their cell phones, and speak quite deragatorily about poor tipping customers in Vietnamese.

Instead, while you're already at Wal-Mart, buy some nail polish and an emery board, go home, and give yourself a manicure.
