Horrible, Awful customer service! We live in Massachusetts, however my husbands 3 sisters and Mother live in Oakhurst, which means we send flowers at least 5-6 times a year. We have tried using Redbud MANY times, and they either NEVER answer their phone, even during business hours, or are not available to delivery flowers due to one reason or another. I am very disappointed with this shop.I received flowers as a gift and when they were delivered I sat them on my dining room table and the flower arraingment made my house smell "bad" very bad ordor from the flowers. I was told they will make something else for me but after that I really didnt want more flowers.

Not happy with this vendor at all! We hired this florist months in advance and I was specific about the colors I wanted. Twice I sent an email with a photo of a floral bouquet with the colors I wanted. They were ivory, dark pink/wine and pink. Phone calls were not returned without making several calls just to get one call returned; it was painfully difficult to communicate with this vendor....
