The room and the hotel overall was fine.\n\nIt did not meet the star level. The staff was rude and charged $--- on our card and charged multiple times for one night. Then when we spoke to the manager she made excuses for her team.

Nothing\n\nPaid almost ------ dollars for a 4 night, no breakfast. Our family who live there said it was a nice hotel but paying all that money was something. We were there for lose of a family member.
