The ability to make appointments and the rude receptionist really lowered my stars. Also the wait time is crazy. You're looking at least an hour to just see her.

I am very dissatisfied with our experience. Our former pediatrician retired and Dr. Cooper was recommended. I have been going here with my son and two daughters for a year. My daughters had well child visits which went ok except we had to wait over an hour to be seen each time and the first time she belittled an employee for printing a script twice.
