Worst experience with a contractor ever. Installed the wrong color pool cover, and it doesn't even fit the pool. Lot's of excuses, rude bitchy service...they have no idea what they're doing and had no interest fixing a lousy job. Just took the money and ran.

Let me say that I am quite DISAPPOINTED. I have never taken the time to write a bad review before... anywhere. But this company messed up and then were SO completely rude about it, that it would only be fair to warn others before they make the same mistake I did in calling them.

I looked up many companies and checked out reviews and websites prior to making a single phone call. I explained that I was an absentee owner calling to make arrangements for service work from out of state and coordinating this repair at my commercial facility and that I would need some advance notice in order...
