They majorly slack on the pre and post inspections, charge for things they specifically said they wouldn't, did not document anything and then took $500 of my deposit when they found out I lost the key.
They do things behind your back, lie about it then steal your money. I wouldn't have given them even 1 star if I didn't have to.
I would NEVER recommend them for renters or property owners seeking management. I know property managers who have also worked with them and have heard nothing good, ever.
Take my loss of $500 and horrible experience as a lesson for yourself and choose wisely when renting.
