They took my big screen back to their shop and I never saw it again. I couldn't get them to answer the phone. Finally after about 2 months they said my big screen could not be repaired. I've never heard of a big screen that couldn't be repaired. They must have sold my tv to someone else.

Would not let these people touch any television. They came out to my house, glanced at my big screen television and decided it needed to go to their shop for further evaluation. After checking on the progress each week for over 60 days, I was told that the televison wasn't worth fixing. I assume they repaired and sold it to someone else.

We have a cabin we rent out in Pigeon Forge and our Sharp projector quit working and needed to be fixed before the next guest arrived We called several places and nobody works on these projectors anymore and that we will probably have to buy a new one. When they came out to troubleshoot the projector it was something small they fixed it and fixed some wiring that needed to be done to make the Home Theater easy to opperate. Charge $125 which is better than a new projector. Will use them again!
