Arrives on time. Tells you right away what the cost is. He seems to have a flat fee approach for each fix. Very knowledgeable. Works very fast. Appears to carry a large inventory of parts in his van. I don't know what his prices are…

He arrived in the time period he stated, was efficient, courteous, did a great job and was resonably priced. I would certainly call this service in the future if I needed an appliance repaired.
