They mis-diagnosed the problem which caused us to spend $300 on replacing a toilet. After the second visit when they re-diagnosed the problem, they had the audacity to tell us that they will charge more because the warranty covers only one repeat visit. Nobody should use them!

Bad plumbing service - don't use even in emergency

They came and restored water after hours but caused other problems and did not fix all that they needed to. They charged $750 and although they came back we still had to get another plumber in to finish the job.

Paid $300 for nothing & yet to get a refund.

Paid $300 to have them clear the drains & a month later they were backed up again. They came back out and said it was going to cost $1300 to fix the problem. Got a nother plumber to clear the drains for $70 and it's working fine. Was told I would get a refund 8 wks ago and nothing yet.

very pleased, actually, i've never been to this plumber before but was trying to write a negative review for the Rapid Plumber in Anaheim, but there is, strangely enough, no DELETE review button. sorry guys.
