One does not expect to wake up and find a tree on top of their car, but this is exactly what happened to me. I had no idea what to do other than to start searching for the top competitors in the area with the best work at cheapest price, and I am so happy I found RapidGlass. The person on the phone was very polite and patient, and I was able to get an appointment within a day. The person who fixed my windshield, Jim, arrived exactly when he said he would and was very patient and understanding about my situation. I have had nothing but a horrible experience with this company. 30 days to get a home window installed and we have to call wondering why its late. Not to mention you say you will be out 1-3pm finally and call 2 hours before saying it won't be till 4-6pm.. I really wish I would have went with someone else! Horrible service!!!

My driver's window got broken into. My boyfriend and I decided to call Rapid Glass. I got my window fixed the next day. It was very convenient; they come and fix your car at your house. The technician's work was perfect and quick. It was worth the price we had paid for. =D
