I contacted this travel agency that I sourced from Royal Caribbean's website and spoke with someone named Charlie. I have never been on a cruise and was calling to get some preliminary information. I advised that I was looking to travel late Sep or early Oct. He was completely rude and irritated that I didn't have more specific information regarding my travel plans. He said that this level of information is like taking a child to a candy store and telling them to pick one piece of candy.
I contacted Royal Caribbean and advised them of this agents lack of professionalism and help. ...
