the worst of the worst when it comes to customer service. Employees are rude AF and seem to have no regard towards their customer. I would rather travel an extra 5 miles to a different copy center...

This Staples is pretty much empty early in the morning (perfect time if you hate crowds). They have all the materials that I need and customer service works nicely; I have no complaints.

Good luck even getting them to answer the phone. They're probably the easiest place in the neighborhood to ship things. But this isn't saying much. I dread having to go there.
