Check-in was fast and easy. Although was very surprised to find out I had to pay $15 a day to park. Had to park on the roof of the ramp then walk down 4 flights of stairs with all our belongings just to get into the building. No signs on doors that lead inside. Once inside, had to ask for...

I had a wonderful time at Rochester Radisson Hotel. Will return very soon. I have the opportunity to enjoy my time with a very large group of close friends.We have meet here for several year's now, and the staff welcome us with open arms and great service

This was a last minute trip. I paid $76 the day of my stay. Check in and the girl at desk asks if I want a free upgrade. Of course I said yes. Got a King size sleep number bed. Great view from 12th floor overlooking the river. I was in town visiting an old friend and we went out...

I was in town for a concert at the Blue Cross arena. The Radisson was with in walking distance so it was nice to be able to leave the concert and make it back to my room before I could have possibly gotten out of a parking space. The hotel room was very clean and warm. The check in process...

The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay. The room was clean and well maintained. The parking garage exit machine doesn't work properly, but you can get out okay. Parking was adequate.
