Asked for a portable iPhone charger that uses regular batteries. Was presented with $50 & $100 lithium battery chargers. FOUND a $15 AA USB charger after a minute of looking for myself.

SO RUDE. AWFUL TREATMENT AT THIS LOCATION by both the store manager and the employee. What happened? Jaime (manager) and Micaela (employee) were a terrible mix of rude, dumb and irresponsible. Zero sense of wanting to keep customers feeling good on a basic level. Zero basic manners while solving a problem.

There used to be super-helpful people working here, especially the previous manager. Not anymore.

He (Jaime - manager) didn't care that his employee had no idea that they actually DID have the product I needed in stock OR that she had no idea where the next closest store was....
