I went to this Radio shack a week ago @ around 10 a.m. The worker DARREN ""appeared"" to be helpful. I was told that my non functioning bluetooth earpice would be picked up that evening by Fed Ex. And that I should receive a gift card in my e-mail in 3-4 business days. I checked my e-mail @ the end of that week never to have received the gift card @ all. I called the store on several occaisions only to get no one to answer the phone, I then called the corporate office to voice my concern about the entire situation, @ the end of that call I was assured that the situation would be looked...
