There are no adults or literate people in this store. Rather than helping over the phone, they put you on hold and never come back to the phone. They will take your money, but not help you when their products don't work. I have shopped at this store 30 years, or at least as long as they have been open, but no more.

The sales associates are dedicated, knowledgeable and quick to assist and answer any questions. And yes, you can still buy a radio there, too.

In fact, don't even bother calling them. The staff is rude and ignorant. They act like it's a burden to them to wait on you and they ahve no idea what they are doing, never mind what you might need. No wonder Radio Shack is going bankfupt!
