Money grubbing aholes. Don't expect any courtesy or customer service, especially since NASCAR contracted them and gave them a monopoly to screw people.

Was not very pleased with the customer service. We missed alot of the race because the scanner wasn't working (the cords weren't even tested beforehand) We went to have it checked and the girl told us how wrong we were, that it was our fault and that they worked fine. Thankfully, Kasey walked up and tested everything right in front of the girl, who handed us everything back and was now ignoring...
