We used this company while in escrow based on the agents recommendation. They repaired exterior wood and dry rot on the interior wood floors. Everything they touched was botched. After the "repairs " in the front were so poorly done, the owner of the company came out and admitted that it was "sub-par" and the work had to be re- done correctly.
The dry rot around the toilet was "repaired" by filling in with fixall and painted over - unbelievable poor quality. No boards were replaced, it looked like they applied the patch compound with a spoon. The estimate for the work had prepared us for the fact that the replacement boards would probably not match existing wood. We would have been thrilled if they had used ANY replacement wood.
What we got was a messy filler patch job.
In the end after they dropped nails in the pool and left them to rust, and returned to fix their original mess - the agent who recommended them commented that they must have new people working for them... will not recommend again.
