My car was trapped inside the garage. A spring on the door had broken and the door was too heavy to lift. It happened on a Saturday when I called they set me up for the first call on Monday. I didn't want to pay the weekend prices and they still accomidated me with speedy service. The repair was done quickly and was explained well.

The least I can do for the professional service I received is to drop a few lines expressing how impressed I am with the new garage door & opener they installed and how the installer represented R&S with pride.I do recommend using R&S Erection to everyone out there who has garage door needs. Like the saying goes,You get what you pay for.Top shelf service for certain!
