The customer service was adequate, but the cleaning was excellent. I have an old oriental rug and a few other rugs that I had cleaned. The oriental rug had'nt beed cleaned in at least 15 years, we didnt realize how much it had grayed and faded until it was returned glowing clean. The whites and the fringes went from off-white to snow white. Most everyone who has been in house since we cleaned...
