I'm very un-happy and STRESSED with RA Snyder, they are unprofessional and honestly most of the people who work there are rude everytime I call. I will never rent from this company again, i hope you don't either.

My experience with RA Snyder has been negative. I am in a senior complex with poor and unprofessional management. Maintenance is poor and RA Snyder does not appear to be interested in correcting problems.

A sink-stopper is a must here, as their kitchen drain has residing Cockroaches coming out of them. This be proved on a continuous basis. For a long term. Before the stoppers were permanently installed. The same go for the bathtub drain. But with larger cockroaches. I brought the issue to the property manager's attention, to correct this situation. As they never took attention to correct it....

Horrible prop company

Do not ever rent from this company they never answer the phone when you need help. Issues are not resolved quickly if at all. Extremely rude and neglect any issues at least in my case.

We've had several dealings with this property management company. most issues were resolved in a timely manner. very progressive company who knows the rental market. It's principle is highly qualified and very involved in the industry.
