Won't take Starbucks cards, disappointing service

This 'Starbucks' doesn't take starbucks cards....I assume because its really just a hotel cafe that is licensed to SERVE Starbucks. The service during our conference was slow, and the people were unfriendly...even if the line wasn't all the way out into the lobby, which it usually was. But they're the only Starbucks near the hotel, so they can get away...

If I could put negative stars, I would. The worst service. And for $5, I get a stale inedible bagel that I have to throw away. I am appalled at the thought that any corporation would stand for...

The girl that is there every morning .. Dark hair and looks hispanic is very rude. Starbucks is my favorite place but its awful when you pay so much for this hotel and to have to deal with her...

The Starbucks in is not a full service franchise. There are limited amount of beverages available. Some of the hotel products are sold at the location like sandwiches.
