Quicken Loans

Quicken Loans does not train their loan officers. Go to a mortgage lender that only does loans - not a big box bank and not Quicken.  Also their guidelines for FHA are much more strict at Quicken Loan and at big box banks.  Get a referral from your Realtor for a decent lender.

On April 21, I was conned out of $400.00 for a good faith estimate. Then on April 29 they supposedly did an appraisal on the house but to find out they used an appraisal that was done in March and they took money from me for the bogus appraisal that was already done. After watching the runaround that one of my employes is getting from Quicken Loans I would suggest you look elsewhere for your financing.This lousy service should have been gone years ago.

I am out raged at Quicken Loans, their customer service is horrible. They pass you from person to person and no one has any answers for the quetions that you ask. They charge you money and tell you your morgage is refinced and then call you back the next week and say your not approved and that they are keeping your money for the appraiser that they sent out.
