Worst customer service ever! The waiting time is ridiculous, I have been here since 9:00 now is 9:54 still waiting!!! Only one person doing all...come on! Hire more personnel!

I've been waiting here for 30 minutes WITH an appointment. Still waiting. This is ridiculous. They are taking walk-ins before appointments. Wtf is the point of making an appointment then?
