GOOD:
First, the view is great. The actual apartments are good. They do a great job with repairs. The maintenence workers are great. They are nice and informative. It's in a secluded location, 6 miles away from i95, 5 miles away from the turnpike entrance
BAD:
The pricing is bad but South Florida is known for that. The price for residence increase every year. Its in a good neighborhood...

My significant other and I have recently moved here. Thus far everything is great as far as the neighborhood, it is very peaceful with a beautiful scenery.
