I had a toilet overflow in my bathroom. It flooded the bathroom upstairs, and kitchen downstairs. Quantum guys were there in less than an hour. I had to have the areas dried out and many things replaced. Out of many other service providers to do work in my home, I chose Quantum Restoration. I am so happy I did! They clearly explained in detail all work needing to be completed, how it was to be done, and worked with my insurance co (we all know how hard it can be working with insurance claims)! This company came to my attention via a consultation with Design on a shoestring through Fudge's Carpet and Blinds. They misquoted to me the cost of a set of plans and then did a bait and switch on me handing off the job from Fudge's to Quantum. It took them nearly three months to get me a bid-- which I finally called off and it still took nearly another month to extract the plans I had paid...
