They talk a real good game but don't have a clue what they are doing.They did the install totally wrong nut insisted they knew what to do the whole time.Sent some kid that was clueless but thought he knew everything. Stay FAR away fro these two or just take your money and throw it out your window. I wouldn't let then plunge my toilet.
