Exceeded my Low Expectations

Didn't know what to expect when I made the last minute reservation for this hotel. Was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and the beds had mattress toppers that made them feel ultra plush. There was a 32 inch tv, a big showerhead with good, hot, water pressure. This hotel is conveniently located in Knoxville, within 15 miles of Sevierville....

Staying here now, and was really afraid too. Really not bad at all. We do have a smoking room abd there are a lot of cig burns, which I don't know how that happens. People seem nice my husband said they were polite tohim. Really cool how the pool is inside and rooms face it, but the temp in ggeneral...

We stayed here for one night in December 2013. We had to go to the front desk to get a roll of toilet paper. There was only a few sheets on the roll in the bathroom.There was water damage in the room and the shower was not clean enough for us to use so who knows if the water was...

we stayed there several times. three days in a row we did not have hot water, when I complained everyday thery never offered to move us they just led me to another room which did not have hot water. make sure things are in working order before you get settled
