Keep raising the rent

I am over all satisfied with living here but the kitchen is in desperate need of upgrades and the pool is either permanately stained or always dirty. If your going to keep uping the rents you need to sart making some improvements!!!!

My family and I lived at Quail Hill for almost 6 years, from 2008 through 2013. It was a wonderful experience. The staff are very professional and highly responsive to any needs. They keep the property beautifully maintained and are keen to correct any problems. The apartments themselves are small, but comfortable and nicely laid out.
